No transfer or assignment of membership or subscription

You may not transfer or assign your membership or subscription.

Fees and Renewal

Unless you notify us before a charge that you want to cancel your subscription, you agree that the charge will automatically continue and you authorize the collection of the applicable fees and any taxes using any payment method you have provided in connection with your subscription.

If all payment methods you have provided in connection with your subscription are declined for payment of your subscription fees, your subscription may be cancelled.

Content Restrictions

You may not transfer, copy, sell, distribute or broadcast any Lawdible content or use Lawdible content for any commercial or illegal purpose.

Termination

If we have concerns with your account, or activity relating to your account, or if you are in breach of applicable laws or these terms, we may terminate your subscription immediately by notice. In this case we will not give any refund.
